To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, such as dissatisfaction with the course content or technical issues preventing access.

How to Request a Refund

In your email, please include your full name, contact information, the course title, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Evaluation and Processing

Refund requests will be carefully reviewed by our team within 10 business days of receiving the request.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
